Attention golf-enthusiasts: Join us on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 at the Country Club of Vermont in Waterbury for our 14th annual Windjammer Golf Tournament. This event will benefit Camp Ta-Kum-Ta, a Vermont-based summer camp that provides a safe and loving environment to children battling cancer. The camp offers a week-long residency program where children can reclaim a childhood robbed by cancer at no-cost to their families. It combines the fun of a traditional summer camp with the special arrangements necessary to ensure the safety and well being of children with cancer.
Your participation in this event will provide much-needed support for a worthwhile Vermont cause. To date, the Windjammer Restaurant and Upper Deck Pub’s annual golf tournament has raised over $155,000 for Camp Ta-Kum-Ta.
